Field Operations

"A coordinated team effort between marketing and field operations."

LoBue Bros., Inc. Field Management Team
The entire field operation is geared to harvesting the right fruit at the right time to achieve its highest value in the market place. Because LoBue Brothers' harvest schedules are market driven, it is critical that teams of skilled, efficient and dependable pickers be available to pick the right size, quality and volumes of fruit precisely when needed. This is a practice that has become a model in the industry, and one that insures earning maximum value for the fruit at an early and crucial stage.

His work ethic, his knowledge regarding farm practices and fruit quality and the way he always seems to be current as to the status of the groves he oversees have all been very well received by our growers.
